Integrated Care Partnership
Event Description
This meeting is being held as substitute for the meeting that was scheduled to convene on Wednesday, 5 June 2024 which was later deferred due to the pre-election period.
The Kent and Medway Integrated Care Partnership is a joint committee of NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board, Kent County Council and Medway Council.
It is responsible for the development and oversight of an integrated care strategy for the population of Kent and Medway which will:
- address health inequalities and the wider determinants of health and wellbeing
- champion inclusion and transparency in decision-making
- challenge the Kent and Medway Integrated Care System to demonstrate progress in reducing inequalities and improving outcomes.
