I trained as an occupational therapist but after 12 years working as an OT I left the profession to look after my daughter and support my husband in our business.
In 2018, I decided to return to practice and registered with Health Education England.
I completed a return to practice course – it was the equivalent of 30 hours study and 30 hours of supervised practice.
After six months of working, I was able to re-register.
I'm so pleased I returned.
