What is a social prescriber?
Social prescribing connects people to activities, groups and support that improve health and wellbeing.
It can link you to support for things that matter to you, including financial support, housing information and advice, carers support and social connections and activities to help you live a happy, independent and safe life.
Social Enterprise Kent, Imago, Involve and Red Zebra are some of the organisations which provide support in different parts of Kent and Medway.
There are also community navigation and community warden services that are provided by the local authority.
